Example 1 Activities performed by the machine during a long-term Electrocardiography (“Holter recording”) programme, implanted cardiac defibrillator.

Note 1 Automated care itself is not a care activity because a device cannot hold responsibility. The care actor who initiates and reviews automated care remains responsible for the safe use of the automatic medical device.
