Plural intended outcomes

Example 1 To increase the survival of a subject of care with breast cancer in a breast cancer screening programme.

Example 2 To reduce a subject of care risk of morbidity and mortality from tobacco-related diseases in a smoking cessation programme.

Example 3 To decrease a subject of care risk of secondary effects to diabetes.

Note 1 An intended outcome can be expressed as one or several target conditions to be reached within a specified date and time.
