Admitted terms care commitment

Plural care commitments

Note 1 The care commitment is the promise by the care actor to perform care activities. This also means that the care provider accepts and confirms the pending care mandate issued through the proposed care plan. It is only once the care commitment has been stated that an effective care mandate exists and will be the legal framework for all care activities of the subsequent care process.

Note 2 Implicitly, a care commitment results from a dialogue with the subject of care or someone on behalf of the subject of care within a care needs assessment.
